Refunds, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

Replacement/Refund:

We offer replacements or refunds exclusively for products that arrive damaged during transit or are defective upon delivery. Our priority is to ensure you receive a flawless product without any inconvenience.

What to Do if Your Product Arrives Damaged:

  • Immediate Notification: Within 24 hours (1 day) of receiving your order, please contact us through the "Contact Us" page on our website, selecting "Defective/Damaged Item" as the subject.

  • Help us understand the problem: To expedite the process, please include your order number and a brief video clearly showing the damage. This can be shared with us through our WhatsApp channel.

  • No Return Required: You do not need to return the damaged product. Simply discard it responsibly.

  • Replacement or Refund: Upon your request, We will promptly arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no additional cost. In cases where a replacement is not feasible, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation:
Orders can only be canceled within 3-4 hours of placing the order to be eligible for a refund. To request cancellation, visit our Contact Us page, select ‘Cancel an Order’, and provide your Order ID and reason for cancellation. If approved, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Process:

Upon review of your notification and video, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as per your request, you can ask for refund or we can send a replacement at no additional cost.
