Conditions for Returns:

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all the tags intact. Along with it, we would require you to send us an unboxing video of the frame you have received which can be shared with us on our Whatsapp channel. If you have any concerns about the condition of your item, don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer success team via the Contact Us Page. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to help make your return experience as easy and hassle-free as possible. We’re thrilled to begin creating your unique artwork as soon as your order is placed, ensuring it’s delivered to you with the freshest inspiration. Because of this dedication to crafting your piece promptly, we’re unable to accept cancellations once your order is confirmed. However, we understand that circumstances may change. If you find it necessary to cancel your order, simply reach out to us within 1 day of your purchase. We’ll gladly assist you in canceling your order and processing a full refund.

Please use the Contact Us page to select the Subject ‘Cancel an Order’. Mention your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original mode of payment.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us immediately within 24 hours or 1 day of order delivered via Contact Us Page and select ‘Defective/Damaged Item’. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
